Rulesposition Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Hoover area with independent providers. If you run a heating and cooling business and want more homeowner calls, you can ask to join our network.

This page is not about jobs with us. We do not hire staff to do HVAC work. It is for contractors who run their own shops.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for providers who handle residential work, such as:

• AC repair, including urgent breakdowns in hot weather
• AC installation and replacement
• Residential furnace repair

Small and mid-sized shops are welcome. So are owner-operators.

What We Expect

Homeowners get our checklist, so providers should be ready for it. Here is what we expect:

1. Proper credentials. Hold the licenses, permits, and insurance your area requires. 2. Clear answers. Explain the problem and the options in plain words. 3. Written quotes. Give a price in writing before major work starts. 4. Honest timing. Say when you can arrive. Do not promise what you cannot deliver. 5. No pressure. Let the homeowner compare and decide. 6. Respect for the home. Show up ready, keep the site clean, and follow up.

Providers who skip these steps may be removed from the network.

How to Apply

First, send an email to contact@rulesposition.living. Next, include the items below.

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license details, where your area requires them
• A short note on your hours and how you handle urgent calls

Then we review the details and reply with next steps. Being listed is not a promise of a set number of calls.
