How to Make a Complaint to Rulesposition Heating & Air

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Rulesposition Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Rulesposition Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Rulesposition Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@rulesposition.living and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall 4. The provider's name, if known 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our reply does not settle it, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
